Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY:  
All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. Please make sure that before you finalize your purchase, you have selected the correct item, size and color for your item(s) you wish to purchase. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company. If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT:
We apologize for the issue and/or mix-up, we want to ensure you get the quality item you purchased and/or correct item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at devincicode.co to notify us. 

Please include your order numbername and email address used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern and original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach a picture of the product(s) showing the issue, for example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

You have 3 days after delivery date to notify us of any issues or mix-ups with your purchase. If you do not notify us during this time period you will not receive store credit. You have 7 days after delivery date to return any damaged item(s). All wrong orders we send out will be corrected and if out of stock you will be credited once we receive your package.
 
You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest getting a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
